karen brennan | director of member services

Karen has been part of the CDP team since 2013 and has over 20 years of client service experience working with large nonprofits including the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  

She has played a key role in shaping and structuring the Member Services Bureau (MSB) and now oversees the MSB client services team in the support and management of over 25 client stations.

Karen is a graduate of Syracuse University. She lives with her husband and two sons in Methuen, Massachusetts and enjoys vacationing at their summer cottage in Maine.
