Ellie Naumova | Senior Director of ePMO

Ellie is the Senior Director of ePMO at CDP. She and her team drive project management efforts for a variety of initiatives, including onboarding client stations to the Member Services Bureau, new product rollouts, and other large scale internal and external implementations. Ellie joined CDP in 2015 and shaped the project management function within the organization.

Prior to joining CDP, Ellie spent 10 years working in commercial enterprises, leading Project Management efforts relative to product roadmap strategy, design and execution. She is well versed with partnering with both technical and business teams to drive comprehensive, multi-layered projects to predictable outcome, on time and on budget. She has brought her prior experience of risk identification and mitigation to CDP to ensure that all deliverables throughout the project plan are defined, communicated and achieved.

Ellie is a graduate of Babson College and holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. Outside of work, Ellie loves traveling and animals. She lives in Boston with her husband, two children, cat and dog.
